Her years of experience have provided her with an in-depth knowledge of all China has to offer, from luxury hotels to top-level restaurants, and this knowledge is used in planning each and every unique route. She is also extremely knowledgeable in customizing tours to suit every individual’s needs and is involved in all aspects of planning her travelers’ experiences. Coco Gao, Travel Consultant, has traveled both individually and in group tours all over China and has amassed a wealth of Chinese travel experience. As a traveler herself, she knows what fellow travelers are looking for and does her best to make sure all needs are met. Giulia Frascione, Marketing Manager, works to ensure that Chinese travelers abroad experience the highest quality journeys. Giulia’s cultural studies at Venice’s Ca’Foscari University have provided her with a unique understanding of cultural differences and languages. Her contribution to the agency is particularly focused on the quality of the service offered to foreigners. Every tour or activity is thought and planned from the client’s perspective, with an extreme attention to details. She speaks Italian, English, Mandarin, Spanish and French.
Rebecca Copelovici, Project Manager and Service Quality Consultant, is an avid traveler who has visited countries all over the world, both independently and in travel groups. Her extensive travels have provided her with a unique insight into how to provide top-quality tours while still maintaining the cultural authenticity and uniqueness of each travel route. As a Canadian who has been living in China for a number of years, she is aware of the vast number of cultural differences and works to ensure that every tour lives up to the standards of travelers of every nationality. She is constantly working on developing new travel routes and providing clients with new experiences along their journey. She is in charge of the North American and Israeli markets and speaks English, Hebrew and Mandarin Chinese.
