JZ CLUB: With dim lighting, lots of red plush and nightly live jazz, this live music haven gets the 50s/60s Parisian vibe just right. High tables, a comfortable upstairs lounge and circular balcony emphasize the performers and stage.

Bar Rouge: Stunning views of the Bund from the Sky Lounge patio have helped make this the city's most famous bar. It's part of the "Best Bars in the World" contingent and makes a breathtaking spot for an after work drink, while, from about 9pm, the crowds arrive to make this one of the most packed party places in town.
