Multi-language Guide Service
We offer a wide range of tour guides, interpreters and personal assistants who can speak a variety of languages. Languages offered include Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Russian. All our guides have excellent language skills, many years of experience and the official international guide certification. They are all extremely familiar with all the routes and possess an extensive knowledge of Chinese history and culture. Our aim is to take care of our guests as we would take care of our own family.
Tour Guide Service Includes:
- Greet, pick up guests at the airport and make an initial speech
- Assist the guests in their transfer to the hotel
- Assist guests with the hotel check-in
- City tour leader/ escort
- Take groups into buildings and sites, provide historical and current information and customize sightseeing tours for each group
- Ensure the safety of people and belongings during the tours
- Ensure all guests’ dietary preferences are guaranteed for each meal
- Answer all questions asked by guests and help if any problem related to health issues or anything else arise
- Assist guests in arranging conferences, meetings, school visits, etc.

International Tour Guides — These guides speak more than two languages fluently and have been long-term residents in Shanghai. They have the longest guiding experience and are very familiar with the culture and customs of other nationalities. They are extremely knowledgeable in Chinese culture and history and offer top-quality service to ensure that the guests have the best trip possible.
Top Level Tour Guides — These guides possess excellent language skills, have years of guiding experience as well as the official international guide certification. They have also served as guides and interpreters for many of the top world leaders and delegations and have worked in various global conferences and meetings. They are extremely familiar with all the tourist routes and have extensive knowledge of Chinese history and culture.
Senior Level Tour Guides — These guides have excellent language skills, years of experience and the official international guide certification. They are very familiar with all the routes and possess extensive knowledge of Chinese history and culture.
